Everything that governs your use of GrowingWhale: how we handle your data, what our AI features and MCP server can do, and the commitments behind them. GrowingWhale is operated by Shopinzip Inc, a New Jersey corporation.
These policies cover growingwhale.ai, our website for the GrowingWhale service, and its subdomains, including studio.growingwhale.ai and mcp.growingwhale.ai; growingwhale.app, where Member websites are hosted; and any other domain we operate that redirects to them.
Terms of Service
The binding agreement between you and Shopinzip Inc: billing, acceptable use, messaging rules, liability and dispute resolution.

What changed in version 2.0
- Business-only use, free-plan terms, a firm 14-day refund on first annual plans, and Stripe Connect terms.
- New rules for SMS, WhatsApp, email, calls and AI voice agents, and for websites, chat and tracking tools Members run on GrowingWhale.
- A ban on protected health information.
- Clearer disclosure of the advertising tags on our own website, with an opt-out and Global Privacy Control honored for all US visitors.
- Full Google and Meta data disclosures, including when data reaches AI providers, and the same rules for every other connected account.
- A complete subprocessor list, including our Indian affiliate, Shopinzip Pvt Ltd.
- An updated arbitration agreement with a 30-day opt-out.
