Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Shopinzip Inc uses cookies and similar technologies on GrowingWhale (growingwhale.com, its subdomains, and Member sites we host). Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, SDKs and tags.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They can be:
- first-party, set by us, or third-party, set by others
- session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies

3. Member websites
Member websites built on GrowingWhale may use their own analytics, pixels and cookies. Each Member is responsible for:
- consent banners and disclosures for their own visitors
- compliance with applicable law
We provide consent tools, but Members must configure them correctly.
4. Your choices
- Cookie banner. On your first visit you can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or customize them. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a GPC signal as an opt-out of analytics and marketing cookies where required by law.
- Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break login and checkout.
- Opt-out tools. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and Meta ad preferences.
5. Consent Mode
Where applicable, we use Google Consent Mode v2. Google tags then adjust their behavior to your choices, and no analytics or advertising cookies are set before consent in regions that require it.
